Care Guides

Rabbits:

Picture
Picture
Names: Mushroom and Pebbles
Genders: Females (spayed)
Ages: 2 years
Status: Available
Notes:
Mushroom and Pebbles are not fans of social interaction and are quite shy. We recommend a child-free quiet home.
They must be rehomed together.
Minimum Donation: £90

Picture
Name: Soap
Age: 1 year
Gender: Male (neutere)
Status:  Available
Health: Fully vaccinated
Notes:
Soap is a loveable rabbit searching for a new home. He is the king of flops and would be suitable for beginners. Must be bonded to another rabbit.
Minimum Donation: £50

Picture
Name: Flip
Age: 2 years
Gender: Female (neuter)
Status: Available
Health: Fully vaccinated
Notes:
Flip originally arrived with other rabbits but their bond sadly broke and she was cast as an outsider and was showing signs of stress. Our trustees unanimously decided that Flip would be happier to find a home with another rabbit who she will form a stronger attachment to.
Minimum Donation: £60

Picture
Name: Bernadette
Age: 2 years
Gender: Female (spayed)
Status: Available
Health: Fully vaccinated
Notes:
Bernadette is a friendly and social rabbit who is looking for a companion to bond to. She is quite submissive and would be a good match for most rabbits!
Minimum Donation: £60

Degus:

Picture
Names: Lacy, Macy, Katy, and Stacey
Genders: Female
Ages: 2 years
Status: Available
Health: Stacey previously had a decayed tooth causing discomfort and weight loss. She's since been treated appropriately and had the all clear from out veterinarian.
Notes: These 4 adorable female degus would make lovely companions for someone who's researched about degu-care. Stacey and Lacy are the 2 outgoing girls of the group, whereas Macy and Katy took a long time to settle once they arrived into rescue - which isn't uncommon for degus. Now, all 4 girls are willing to take treats from us and are very social. They must go as a group.
Minimum Donation: £50

Picture
Names: Dellar, Dallas, and Delilah
Genders: Female
Ages: 1.5 years
Status: Available
Health: After some sudden deaths within the herd a post-mortem was carried out and showed death caused by bronchopneumonia. The girls were then given prophylactic antibiotics and monitored for many months. The girls have never shown any health issues without their time with us.
Notes: Dellar and Dallas are very shy when it comes to being handled, though all will accept treats from you. We would recommend an experienced owner. Must be rehomed as a trio.
Minimum Donation: £40

Norway Rats:

Picture
Names: Gregory and Ory
Age: 1.5 years old
Genders: Male
Status: Available
Health: Arrived with poor coat condition and parasites. Boys have been treated and seem otherwise well.
Notes: Gregory and Ory are two senior boys who are friendly despite being previously described as aggressive. They get on well as a pair but cannot be bonded to an existing group of males.
Minimum Donation: £15

Roborovski Dwarf Hamsters:

Picture
Picture
Name: Chi and Chynna
Gender: Female
Age: 5 months
Status: Reserved
Health: Healthy
Notes;
Chi and Chynna are lovely roborovskis and would love to find a forever home so they can live with someone with experience in keeping pairs.
Minimum Donation: £15

Guinea Pigs:

Picture
Picture
Picture
Names: Chaos, Igor, and Blaire
Genders: Males
Ages 1-2 years
Status: Available
Health: Mild bumble foot so will need to be kept on fleece. Blaire had eye enucleated due to hay poke - doesn't affect daily living.
Notes:
Chaos, Igor, and Blaire are 3 cohabing boars who will need to be rehomed to a boar-experienced home with at least 7ft by 3ft space. The trio get on well, but as boar-socialising can be complex, we need to be confident the owner knows what to look out for in regards to behaviour.
Should the herd fall out, we insist the guinea pig(s) are brought back to us if they're in search for future companionship.
Minimum Donation: £40

Picture
Names: Herman and Fang
Genders: Males
Ages: 3-4 years
Status: Available
Health: Healthy
Notes:
Herman and Fang are an inseparable pair of boars who're absolutely wonderful to care for. They'd be suitable for most people who have the time and dedication to give them the care and love that they deserve.
Minimum Donation: £30

House Mice:
