Notes:
Elvis and Priscilla were taken in to a vets to be euthanised as their owner no longer wanted them. Thankfully, a kind vet nurse stepped in and agreed to take the chinchillas and found them rescue space. Calypso, who was originally seized from a property with numerous other chinchillas, suddenly lost her cage mate and was very lonely. We decided to bond her to Elvis and Priscilla, and they've formed a gorgeous trio of chinchillas.
They're extremely confident and bold chinchillas with bundles of energy - they certainly keep us on our toes. They're a beautiful group who'd be great for first time owners. They'll need a large enclosure, large Tic Tac wheel and lots of free roam time to keep them happy.
Chinchillas are a big commitment and are hard work. If you're looking to fill that chinchilla-shaped hole in your life, you couldn't ask for a better bunch.

Age: Romeo (7 years) and Rufus (13.5 years)

Rufus and Romeo are a mature pair who were transferred to us from Burrowed Hearts Animal Rescue. Despite their age, they're very active and love to explore. Rufus can be a tad grumpy at times, but are overall lovely chinchillas with a great personality. Both of them would love to find their retirement home with someone who can dedicate lots of time and attention to their needs.
