Bonding Service:

Free service
If you need two animals bonding but do not have the facilities, or perhaps even the confidence to do so, we are here to help! We're highly experienced in bonding many exotic small mammals.
It doesn't matter if the animals were adopted from us, or if we have even met them. We're happy to work with external animals too.
We will provide you with daily updates as to how your animals are getting on in themselves and with each other.

You will be expected to sign a bonding/boarding contract.

Grooming Service:

£3.00 per Animal. Additional £15.00 for rearguard application + £10.00 for any topical parasitic treatments + £10.00 for any oral worming/parasitic treatments (optional)
All payments go towards rescue finances
Do your ferrets or nippy hamster need their nail clipping? Have your long-haired rabbits got an awkward matt in their fur, or do they need their genital scent glands cleaning? We're able to help!

One of our trustees is also a highly experienced, fully qualified hairdresser and barber as well as a very experienced owner and rescue volunteer, and has been able to adapt and combine these skills to ensuring we can all have some pampered fluffs.

If you pet requires a specialist topical or oral parasitic/worming that needs to be prescribed by a veterinarian, you must supply your own medication with the directions for usage.

Boarding Service:

  • Small Animals (such as mice and hamsters): £5.00 a night per cage
  • Medium Animals (such as degus and Norway rats): £6.50 a night per cage
  • Large Animals (such as pouched rats and small rabbits): £7.50 a night per cage
  • Giant Animals (such as striped skunks or giant rabbit breeds): £9.00 a night per environment
All payments go towards rescue finances
If you have a holiday planned which means your specialist exotic small mammal requires an expert carer, then look no further! Our trustees have a wealth of experience with rescuing exotic small mammals, but we're all keepers of them too. Any animal welcomed into our facilities will be well cared for on a name-to-name basis. We promise to give you updates at least daily - should you wish - to reassure you that your beloved pet is being cared for.

We are willing to care for an animal with chronic health issues too, so long as you provide us with their medication and daily treatment plan.

Facilities are limited, so we cannot guarantee our time tables will match up. Depending on the animals we have in our care and the facilities they're using, we may need you to bring your pet's accommodation.

You will be expected to sign a boarding/bonding contract.
