Russian Dwarf Hamsters:
Name: Pierce
Sex: Male Age: 10 months Status: Available Health: Healthy Notes: Pierce was signed over as part of a large intake who were cohabiting upon surrender. They were bickering straight away, so we separated them and they've been doing very well since. They're all confident and happy to be handled, but it's important that you're calm and gentle with them so they're not spooked. They'd be suitable for a home with older children. Syrian Hamsters:
Name: Posey
Age: 8-10 months Sex: Female Status: Available Health: Healthy Notes: Posey arrived as part of a larger hoarding case. so she had a rubbish start in life. It was decided that Posey should come here as she's an avid cage chewer, and was on her way to making an escape route out of her previous housing. She now lives very happily in a glass tank. Posey LOVES to burrow and spends a lot of her time stashing snacks to take to her underground lair. Given her history of chewing, it's essential that her forever home is a glass tank no smaller than 100cm by 50cm, but 120cm by 50cm is ideal. Posey isn't the biggest fan of being handled, and would much rather run around and play. As such, we are looking for an experienced owner, and a home where she will not be handled by children, Minimum Donation: £20.00 |
Name: Holly
Age: Under 1 year Sex: Female Status: Available Heath: Healthy Notes: Holly arrived due to no fault of her own. She's an outgoing girl with bundles of personality. She's extremely nosey, and often seeks human attention. She's able to be handled and has a lot of love to give. Holly is a typical female Syrian and has had to be upgraded to an enclosure without bars during her time in rescue as she's an excessive bar chewer. and needed all the benefits of an extra large enclosure with deeper bedding. As such, we will only rehome Holly to a glass enclosure, a MINIMUM of 100cm by 50cm, but ideally 120cm by 5ocm. Minimum Donation: £20.00 |
Name: Ralph
Age: Around 8-10 months approx Sex: Male Status: Available Health: Healthy Notes: Ralph arrived in our care due to his previous family moving homes. He's a gorgeous hamster who is settling in well. He's quite shy and isn't overly keen on humans at present. Ralph will require a patient owner who's able to slowly gain his trust. Ralph isn't suited to a busy home, or a home with children. He also particularly benefits from a cluttered enclosure with plenty of hides, including at least one multichamber hide to make him feel secure. Additional cork bark tunnels would also be ideal. An experienced hammy owner would be preferred. Minimum Donation: £20.00 |
