Names: Mufasa and Tatiana
Ages: Tatiana (1 year) and Mufasa (4 years)
Sex: Neutered male and female
Status: Available
Health: Mufasa is a neutered boar and Tatiana underwent an ovariectomy
Notes:
Long stay residents
Mufasa and Tatiana are two very confident guinea pigs who found love once arriving at the rescue. Mufasa came to us via the RSPCA as they were struggling to place him, whereas Tatiana was hand-reared by ourselves after her Mother rejected her. We decided to pair them as we felt both would benefit from companionship sooner rather than later. Luckily, they fell head over heels for each other!
They're now searching for a forever home together, ideally to join an existing sow, or herd of sows.

Names: Fernando, Pearl, and Coral
Ages: 1-2 years
Sex: Male and female (neutered)
Status: Available
Health: Healthy. Fernando was neutered abdominally and had a smooth recovery. Pearl and Coral underwent ovarectomies; Coral had a minor suture reaction but healed well and made a full recovery.
Notes:
Fernando arrived with a number of guinea pigs and was rehomed to live with two sows shortly after he was neutered, Pearl and Coral. Unfortunately, his new owner's circumstances changed, and Fernando was returned to our care alongside his two companions. Since arriving back in our care, they've had no issues and seem to be a happy group of piggies. The girls had their ovaries removed, so will have no future issues such as ovarian cysts, which is a common reproductive disease in sows. They're gorgeous pigs and would be well suited to confident owners.
Pearl and Fernando are long haired guinea pigs, so they will require regular grooming to avoid matting. They tolerate grooming as well as most pigs so, but we do offer an affordable grooming service for owners who struggle to maintain this themselves.
