Health: Possible dental disease in family as suspected relative, Oberon, was euthanised after a battle with tooth root elongation. The boys have been checked over and there is currently no evidence of dental disease in either degu.
Notes:
Jupiter and Titan are two friendly degus who arrived with 4 other degus. Their previous life wasn't great and their husbandry was poor. Since arriving here, the boys have been assessed over a few months and have received a clean bill of health. They're social and adventurous and never fail to come and say hello when we come into the room. They're well socialised, with Jupiter being the most cheeky and curious.
