Fancy Rats:
Names: Theodora & Miriam
Sex: Female
Ages: Under 1 year
Status: Available
Health: Healthy
Notes:
Theodora and Miriam arrived in our care due to no fault of their own. They're two young, busy girls with a bit of a naughty reputation. They're a bit like a slippery bar of soap to handle, however, they are quite confident and will come and greet you and take treats. They will nip if given the opportunity as well. They're full of personality and are true characters, but someone with rat experience would be perfect for these gorgeous ladies.

Names: Tim, Christopher, Snowdon, and Arthur
Sex: Males
Age: 1 year
Status: Available
Health: Healthy. Tim and Christopher underwent abdominal castration for hormonal aggression and recovered well.
Notes:
Christopher, Arthur, Snowdon, and Tim are 4 cheeky boys who arrived alongside 8 females (fortunately, they were living separately).
They are full of personality and the friendliest of chaps who will rush to you for a fuss no matter the time or day. It is impossible not to fall in love with them.
We had Christopher and Tim neutered as they were quite rough and boisterous with their brothers. This helped substantially, and they're now a group who are thick as thieves.
The 4 of them are now ready to start searching for their forever home. We want them to stay as a group of 4 and won't separate them.
Now that the troublemakers are neutered, they should be fine to join an existing mischief of rats.
Minimum Donation: £45.00

Names: Leonard and Sheldon
Sex: Males
Age: Under 1 year
Status: Available
Health: Healthy
Notes:
Despite having lots of ratties being rehabilitated, we received an urgent surrender request for two male rats who needed help. We managed to squeeze them in.
Leonard and Sheldon are two young male rats who've settled in beautifully. They've decompressed and are absolutely lovely boys, with Leonard being the most confident. They love attention and a good fuss and would be perfect for a beginner rat owner.
Ideally need to join at least one other rat.

At present, this mischief of 8 are cohabbing very well, but we appreciate it is unlikely we find a home for all 8 to go together. As such, we have monitored the group and decided upon 2 possible groups we would split them into for rehoming.
Group 1: Chips, Toast, Taco, and Tofu.
Group 2: Peanut, Bagel, Muffin, and Donut
We would be happy to rehome all of the boys together should there be someone willing to take a group of 8.

Names: Neva, Holly, Rora, Clara, Josephine, Lumi, Aura, and Ivy
Sex: Females
Age: 1 year approx
Status: Unavailable
Health: Neva had a lumpectomy for a benign mammary tumour. Op went well, tumour removed with good margins and Neva has recovered well with no signs of reoccurrence.
Holly required a course of antibiotics for bite wounds due to a failed bond (see below). Recovered well.
Josephine awaiting spay.
Notes:
These 8 gorgeous girls arrived with us just before Christmas. They were very skinny and urine stained but are now doing much better.
Despite the rough start in life, the girls are so incredibly friendly and love to give licks and never fail to come and greet us humans.
Josephine is prone to nipping and becoming agitated when she can smell other rats on you, so we are hoping a spay will help improve this. She's otherwise extremely sweet and loving.
Holly, Aura, and Lumi were rehomed pending a successful bond. Unfortunately, this didn't go well and Holly ended up with significant wounds and required a course of antibiotics and painkillers. She's taken this in her stride and is back to being fit and well. The incident didn't appear to be Holly's fault..
We always work closely with adopters during rat bonding, and also offer a free bonding service to adopters who might feel they're not confident enough to do it themselves.
